Product Design
We develop all kinds of products and offer full service in product development. Our design process includes all common stages, such as conception, market research, goal definition, design, construction, model making and photo-realistic rendering. We work in a results-oriented manner and agree on time and performance-related milestones with our clients. If desired, we can also take over project development.
Wir entwickeln alle Arten von Produkten und bieten einen Full-Service in der Produktentwicklung. Unser Designprozess umfasst alle gängigen Abschnitte, wie Konzeption, Marktrecherche, Zieldefinition, Gestaltung, Konstruktion, Modellbau und fotorealistisches Rendern. Wir arbeiten ergebnisorientiert und vereinbaren mit unseren Kunden zeitliche und leistungsbezogene Meilensteine. Auf Wunsch übernehmen wir auch die Projektentwicklung.
Consulting
We advise our customers in the conception of their ideas and accompany them until the finished product. We find that the pre-process of a product development is decisive for the success of the product. Important points here are, product placement at the POS, distribution channel, price definition and selection of the production type and location. Also cultural aspects in semantic and functional meaning are examined.
Wir beraten unsere Kunden bei der Konzeption ihrer Ideen und begleiten sie bis zum fertigen Produkt. Wir finden, dass der Vorprozess einer Produktentwicklung maßgeblich ist für den Erfolg des Produktes. Wichtige Punkte sind hier, Produktplatzierung am POS, Vertriebsweg, Preisdefinition und Auswahl der Produktionsart und des Produktionsortes. Auch kulturelle Aspekte in semantischer und funktioneller Bedeutung werden untersucht.
3D Construction / Engineering
We offer design of all parts up to the pre-production stage. We work with the most modern systems in surface and volume modeling. Our tools include SolidWorks, Keyshot and Fusion360. We work closely with partners and can also realize PCB design and IoT projects.
Wir bieten Konstruktion von sämtlichen Teilen bis zur Produktionsvorstufe an. Wir arbeiten dabei mit modernsten System im Flächen- und Volumenmodeling. Zu unseren Tools gehören unter anderem SolidWorks, Keyshot und Fusion360. Wir arbeiten eng mit Partnern zusammen und können auch PCB-Gestaltung und IoT Projekte realisieren.
Prototyping
Based on our 3D data, we can produce functional and design models. With our own 3D printer (Dimension Elite), we can create fully functional prototypes overnight using the FDM process. We can thus smoothly integrate function-critical and ergonomic investigations into our design process.
Basierend auf unseren 3D Daten können wir Funktions- und Designmodelle anfertigen. Mit unserem eigenen 3D Drucker (Dimension Elite) erstellen wir über Nacht voll funktionsfähige Prototypen im FDM Verfahren. Funktionskritische und ergonomische Untersuchungen integrieren wir so reibungslos in unseren Gestaltungsablauf.

3D Visualization
Even before the product is ready, we are able to provide you with photo-realistic images and retouching for your marketing. Animations for your website or process explanations are also possible. Our tools Keyshot and all Affinity products allow us to use our own backgrounds, HDRI lighting scenes and environments.
Schon vor der Produktfertigstellung sind wir in der Lage, Ihnen fotorealistische Bilder und Retuschen für Ihr Marketing zur Verfügung zu stellen.
