The reverse mechanism of the citrus press pushes the pulp from the inside out, so that the juice reaches the practical collecting container right down to the last drop and without contact with the bitter peel. Half the fruit is placed in the press with the cut surface facing down. When you then squeeze the skin, the peel is turned inside out and the juicy flesh turned outwards. The juice is squeezed particularly thoroughly, remains free of bitter substances and has a natural taste. Splashing in all directions is also avoided.
The product is not only dishwasher-safe, but also has a removable collecting container, which makes it very easy to dose the juice thanks to its advantageous shape.

Die Umkehrmechanik der Zitruspresse drückt das Fruchtfleisch von innen nach außen, wodurch der Saft bis zum letzten Tropfen und ohne Kontakt zur bitteren Schale direkt in den praktischen Auffangbehälter gelangt. Dabei wird die halbe Frucht mit der Schnittfläche nach unten in die Presse eingelegt. Bei dem anschließenden Zusammendrücken wird die Schale umgestülpt und das saftige Fruchtfleisch nach außen gedreht. So wird der Saft besonders gründlich ausgepresst, bleibt frei von Bitterstoffen und naturrein im Geschmack. Zudem wird das Spritzen in alle Richtungen vermieden.
Das Produkt ist nicht nur spülmaschinengeeignet, sondern besitzt auch einen abnehmbaren Auffangbehälter, der durch seine vorteilhafte Form die Dosierung des Saftes sehr einfach macht.
